KnowBe4 is a platform designed to teach everyday people about how to be safer online. It provides interactive lessons that teach you about things like phishing, and how to avoid some of the cybercrime risks you’re likely to face online at some point. Humans are the last line in defense for any kind of cyberthreat. While the tools we have like firewalls and spam filters are powerful, threats are constantly evolving, and the only way to catch some of these threats is by learning the warning signs and taking action (or, in the case of phishing, not taking action!) yourself.
Vassar mandates training from KnowBe4 in order to keep our whole community aware and safe online. To see if you have any modules you need to complete, you can log into your account (using your Vassar email) at https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/login. These trainings are vital to the Vassar community and also to your own knowledge of how to be safe online, and so we thank you for taking part in them!
